Egypt was such a culture shock for me. It was really populated and traffic was intense but after about a day, I got used to it. While there was a lot of walking involved, seeing the pyramids of Giza was definitely an experience.
I will advise anyone going to be ready for the consistent soliciting of guides and offers for camel rides or photos. There was one guide that would follow me around with a whistle since I was alone saying I needed a guide. It was interesting to say the least. That being said the journey inside the Khufu pyramid was cool and while it was hot inside, it was fascinating to see the inside of this tomb.
The Egyptian museum was also interesting as I was able to see Tutankhamens artifacts as well as other mummified remains. Again walking through traffic was something that took some time to get used to but was good practice for India.
